Hygiene Music and Art Festival 2025

The Festival Committee seeks financial sponsors and donations for this open-air event.

All proceeds after basic costs and equipment rental go to the Hygiene Volunteer Fire.

Dept. Sponsors will receive:

• Sponsor Logo Advertising space on the Festival Flyer, posters and electronic publicity.
• Option to sponsor a specific Festival event, such as the pancake breakfast, dunk-tank, an artists booth, food truck or the main stage, parking or general sponsorship of the festival itself.
• Platinum and Gold Sponsors representatives have an opportunity to address the audience from the mainstage public address system.

The Hygiene volunteer fire department is crucial to our small community, providing essential safety and emergency services that residents here rely on. When someone calls 911 for help they want to know there will be someone there for them. They respond to fires, medical emergencies, and other disasters, protecting lives and property. This fundraiser should not only help raise money for our station but strengthen its relationships with our community.

Here’s why they’re so very important:

• Emergency Response:

Our Volunteer fire department is often the first line of defense in emergencies, providing immediate assistance and potentially saving lives. 

• Cost-Effective:

They offer a cost-effective solution for our small community, often without the need for a dedicated tax base that supports a full-time City department. 

• Training and Preparedness:

Our Volunteer firefighters undergo rigorous training to ensure they are equipped to handle a variety of emergencies. 

• Advocate for their needs:
• Our Music and arts festival is to help support their fundraising efforts, to have suitable housing, volunteer recruitment campaigns, and requests for necessary equipment and training. 
• The risks our firefighters face go beyond safety issues. Firefighting is one of the most physically demanding activities that the human body can perform, as well as one of the most stressful.
• Besides the challenges of the duties they perform we need to address the challenges of 
• Current limitations of the existing structure such as : Inadequate space for equipment and personnel.  (Not having to sleep in a travel trailer)
• : Outdated facilities to perform training and storing equipment
• : Difficulties in attracting and retaining volunteers

Beyond firefighting, they also provide medical services, rescue operations, and disaster relief.
